Another batch of photos from the RAF, a lightbulb moment, Christmas production work and a whole load more. How do we fit it all in?
Andrew Hall sent over some photo's of a rather lovely natural edge piece. Andrew should be joining us next time so we can find out more about it!
Arun Radysh Haasis sent over some images of an ash hollow form made on his weekend visit home from college...busy chap!
Burnsy sent over some images of a console table in the making. This one has a natural edge top with some inset hand made glass tiles...handy for keys and the like. The pockets for the glass were made using the Shaper Origin, more to follow when it's finished.
Len Shield sent over some photos of a goblet with carving in the shape of a tree trunk with roots. We also got some photos of the work by Len's wife for Halloween.
Patrick Lindsay sent us over a second batch of photos from his RAF days that he has scanned. Lots of interest in the aircraft on show !
Phil Irons appears to have had one of those light bulb moments !!! Hopefully that means no more bent tools like last week.....
Richard Dickson has been out in the workshop again. We were shown a lovely natural edge bowl and then more of the Christmas Tree production run....all this despite it not even being November....Bah Humbug.
As always we had several contributions from others so, if you showed something, then please do send over some photos you can do it from your mobile phone.... it's not that hard, just ask a teenager for help!!
DON'T FORGET: YOU SHOULD SEND OVER YOUR PHOTOS FOR MONDAY EVENING RIGHT AWAY FOLKS!!
Don't forget you can find the previous Monday Session Reports on the website just click here. You can also look at the images for each week by clicking here and look at the images for each contributor by clicking here.
Once again thanks to all of you for making these evenings such a success, if nobody contributed then none of these evenings could happen. Keep on making and, most important of all, keep on sharing!
