It looks like Christmas production is now in full swing, lots of those Christmas items being made in the workshop. Another lightbulb moment from Mr Irons and a somewhat unseasonal garden visitor in Scotland....read on for more.
Burnsy sent over some photos of a very late season visitor to the back garden..a Dragonfly in November in Scotland??? It seems a little late in the year for these things and other sitings such as bats which should be hibernating.
Dave Blanden sent over an assortment of photos of recent work including a trophy base, hollow forms and some pieces with decorative inserts which cause a great deal of interest.
Graham Brooks has been busy as always and sent over some more Christmas production items. Snowmen and Christmas trees, including some of the light up trees using the fitting suppllied by John at Woodart products.
Phil Irons has been making more light bulbs, this time from Monkey Puzzle knots. We were also given a preview of some rather lovely timber with lots of figure.
As always we had several contributions from others so, if you showed something, then please do send over some photos you can do it from your mobile phone.... it's not that hard, just ask a teenager for help!!
