Well, as you might have guessed more Christmas production this week and inevitably.....more gonks !!! Martin has been out spending money (shocker - not at Axminster!), Mike has been out spinning around on the water and of course we have Orchids. Another busy week.....
Bill Mooney sent over some photos of some involuted work and some of his pens....all completed to Bill's usual high standards.
Gary Lowe sent over some photos of a lovely sycamore piece...and more gonks....apparently these were made under duress...#just say no.
Len Shield has is continuing the Christmas production run with some hand painted Robins and some rather nice angels...I may be inspired to put up the Christmas tree a day early on the 23rd at this rate....
Martin Stacey has been out spending money and is now the proud owner of a Record Power wet sharpening system...a non Axminster purchase !!!
Mike Wilson has been out in the woods on a course learning how to build a coracle. Fascinating stuff, we're not sure if he's been brave enough to go for a paddle in it yet though !
Patrick Lindsay following on from the previous debate about the value of pine as a turning timber Patrick has been out giving it another go. Just to prove that he's not biased against pine Patrick also sent in photos of his kitchen - hand made out of pine.
As always we had several contributions from others so, if you showed something, then please do send over some photos you can do it from your mobile phone.... it's not that hard, just ask a teenager for help!!
DON'T FORGET: YOU SHOULD SEND OVER YOUR PHOTOS FOR MONDAY EVENING RIGHT AWAY FOLKS!!
Don't forget you can find the previous Monday Session Reports on the website just click here. You can also look at the images for each week by clicking here and look at the images for each contributor by clicking here.
Once again thanks to all of you for making these evenings such a success, if nobody contributed then none of these evenings could happen. Keep on making and, most important of all, keep on sharing!
