Another Monday evening packed with lots of work being shared and of course the inevitable diversions into fly tying, gas prices and a whole range of other stuff...we even managed to fit in some discussion about woodturning.

Andrew Hall: WoodturningAndrew Hall has been out recovering timber from storm damaged fencing. This has been put to immediate use as the fence in the back garden needed to be "extended" as the newest addition to the household (Bailey) has been showing a fair bit of interest in the livestock in the field...well, he is a sheepdog....

Burnsy: WoodturningBurnsy spotted a casualty of the recent storms when out walking...the owner of the tree made a very generous offer of free wood as they had a contractor coming in to clear it...well....it would be rude to say no wouldn't it??

David Gordon: WoodturningDavid Gordon after the debate over hook sizes last week David sent over some images of the fishing flies with a ruler in place for scale....

Kevin Purdy: WoodturningKevin Purdy sent over some photos of a bowl/platter he had been making. Quite a large piece with some really lovely decoration and of course the base has Kevin's signature disc.

Malcolm Ferguson: WoodturningMalcolm Ferguson sent over a photo from a recent trip out...I reckon the owner would notice the heavy plant you'd need to get it out of the woodland.

Martin Stacey: WoodturningMartin Stacey sent over a photo of his latest creation, a street lamp which is now a feature in the back garden...along with his repaired fence. Yet more gifts from the storms!

Richard Dickson: WoodturningRichard Dickson sent over a photo of a tree he spotted...seems like it must be some sort of "air tree" as it's growing a good way off the ground out of a piece of guttering..that reminds me...I must get those gutters cleaned out.

As always we had several contributions from others so, if you showed something, then please do send over some photos you can do it from your mobile phone.... it's not that hard, just ask a teenager for help!!

DON'T FORGET: YOU SHOULD SEND OVER YOUR PHOTOS FOR MONDAY EVENING RIGHT AWAY FOLKS!!

Don't forget you can find the previous Monday Session Reports on the website just click here. You can also look at the images for each week by clicking here and look at the images for each contributor by clicking here.

Once again thanks to all of you for making these evenings such a success, if nobody contributed then none of these evenings could happen. Keep on making and, most important of all,  keep on sharing!
