The New Year seems to be starting well and there are lots of people getting out into the workshop to be creative...a few New Year resolutions being put to work then ! A busy evening with plenty of work on show.
Andrew Hall sent over some photos from a recent visitor to his workshop. The visitor came along to get some materials but brought along a selection of sticks he had made...and what a selection it is! Some really special work on show.
Burnsy has been out fiddling with that Shaper Origin thingy again. A lid for a vessel has been produced in the style of Hans Weissflog...the technique worked but needs a little refining.
Kevin Purdy sent over selection of photos including one of his new mobile phone...well kind of! As always some stunning work on display.
Len Shield sent over some photos of his son's dog on duty visiting a childrens ward to cheer up the children. Len also sent over some photos of a couple of goblets with a bit of a size difference.
Mike Wilson sent over some photos of recent work including an off centre turned piece using a jig he'd seen in a recent Pat Carroll demonstration. As always some really nice work on show!
As always we had several contributions from others so, if you showed something, then please do send over some photos you can do it from your mobile phone.... it's not that hard, just ask a teenager for help!!
