Another busy week for many of us, more 3d printing, tools arrving, competition entries, domestic DIY, workshop upgrades and a whole load of other stuff. What a busy lot !! Read on for more:

Burnsy WoodturningBurnsy has had yet another busy and varied week with lots of those "little jobs" we all know so well. A couple of "golden" labrador stick heads were printed off and despatched to Andrew Hall. A parcel arrived from Mr Hall containing two texturing tools: A Henry Taylor Elf and a Crown mini texturing/spiralling tool so we can look forward to more spiralling experiments!! A visit to a friend resulted in three decent sized chunks of timber being loaded into the back of the car, these are already earmarked for projects.

John Brown: WoodturningJohn Brown sent in some photos of a Cherry bowl completed recently, very nice indeed!!

Kevin Purdy: WoodturningKevin Purdy sent in some photos of a decorated goblet with interlocking captive rings. The piece was his entry to a competition in his local woodturning club and, quite rightly, it took first place. We also got a look at some very nice "clam" shell type boxes, very nice indeed.

Len Shield: WoodturningLen Shield sent a follow up from the arrival of the new lathe, the article featuring his grand daughter and how she made the Sycamore Gap bowl was published in this month's Woodturning magazine. Well done !!

Martin Stacey: WoodturningMartin Stacey had a busy week as always. We got an update on the refurbishment of his daughters bedroom and a look at his entry into the local club competition for a goblet. Martin was pipped to the post by Kevin Purdy. Well done!

Phil Irons: WoodturningPhil Irons sent over some photos of a bit of tinkering he had been doing. Phil has made a stand to allow him to engrave the bases of his pieces more easily so no more lying things on cushions and tipping the laser on it's side..easier and safer!!

Richard Dickson: WoodturningRichard Dickson sent over some photos of the workshop fit out progress...electrics are started and there is a workbench. Not long now then, the excitement is building !!

As always we had several contributions from others so, if you showed something, then please do send over some photos you can do it from your mobile phone.... it's not that hard, just ask a teenager for help!!

DON'T FORGET: YOU SHOULD SEND OVER YOUR PHOTOS/VIDEOS FOR MONDAY EVENING RIGHT AWAY FOLKS!!

Don't forget you can find the previous Monday Session Reports on the website just click here. You can also look at the images for each week by clicking here and look at the images for each contributor by clicking here.

Once again thanks to all of you for making these evenings such a success, if nobody contributed then none of these evenings could happen. Keep on making and, most important of all,  keep on sharing!
